All customers buying KITTO sanitary ware products, wishing to deliver goods directly at home.

  1. APPLICATION FORM: (excluding installation)

Free delivery: Within the area of ​​Ho Chi Minh City, (not applicable to products purchased in promotions, or in shipments sold liquidated)
Charged delivery: Depending on the location, this fee the Company will notify and confirm with you before proceeding with payment and delivery.


Delivery of the day. Delivery time may vary from 01 to 05 days depending on shipping distance.
In case of objective delivery, delay due to force majeure conditions such as bad weather, unfavorable traffic conditions, damaged vehicles on the delivery road.

* For Kitto

  • 100% new products, correct type, quantity and accessories.
  • Products do not scratch the glaze, cracked, dented distortion.
  • Kitto or Kitto designated transportation services will be responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or damage of goods during the transport of goods from Kitto Warehouse to you.

* For Customers:

  • Is responsible for checking the goods when receiving goods. If damaged, scratched, broken, deformed, or wrong goods are found, please confirm the condition of the goods with the Delivery Person and immediately notify Customer Service at our hotline.
  • After you have signed the goods without taking notes or commenting on the goods. We are not responsible for the return request due to damage, scratches, breakage, mop, wrong goods, … from you later.
  • In case of transportation services specified and selected by you. You will be responsible for:
  • With the goods and risks such as loss or damage of goods during the transport of goods from our warehouse to you.
  • Charges and related losses.
  • Expenditure (50,000 VND / visit), entrance fee to the village or parking fee at the apartment are paid by the customer (if any).
  • We only deliver to the right recipient that you have registered when buying. If there is any change to the consignee, it must be notified and confirmed in advance to the order receiving department.
  • If the delivery address is not clear, located in a corner, transportation is difficult. Between the two sides need to exchange back to the conditions, the best place of delivery.
  • For heavy and bulky products that need to be transported upstairs, down to the basement, or carried 15-20 meters away without an elevator, or trolley asking customers to assist in delivery.
  • Where the goods have been delivered to the place of delivery as agreed upon at the time of purchase, but for some reason the customer requests to return the goods, then the customer must bear the return shipping cost at the price specified by the customer.
